It's a compact media player box that can convert your ordinary LED TV into a Smart TV. It weighs only 155g and runs on Android 2.3, the same as Amkette Evo TV. It is simple to use and good to look at interface. There are some in-built games and you can download more from Google Play. Setting it up is easy; just requires a power plug-in, connection to a TV, wired with Ethernet cable or you can configure Internet wirelessly later and the device is ready to use.

The device can be used for web browsing on your TV, or as media player to watch online movies from YouTube or BigFlix, or as gaming device where the remote with its built in sensors can be used for motion gaming like stick cricket or angry birds, etc. The compact remote fits well in your hand, and has a full QWERTY keyboard which proved very handy during web browsing and social networking. Also, there are hotkeys for instant access to your most used functions.

Woxi AppCasts is a cloud based content service, that provides content on movies, sports, news, lifestyle, devotional, education, kids, etc directly from the cloud and so users don't have to download or install anything they wisht to revisit again. User can create his desired playlist on Appcast and access files faster than on a browser.

Like Amkette Evo TV, SmartPod is also powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex A9 CPU, 400MHz Mali GPU and 512MB RAM. Besides 4GB internal storage, it has expandable storage capacity of upto 32GB via SD card. Also, with two USB portsavailable, you can connect your external hard drive for more space. Almost all media file formats are supported and run well on it. Just like a Smart TV, it can be used by multiple users; upto 8 users can personalize their Internet experience by creating separate accounts.
