ConnectKey, as a concept was launched way back in 2013 and we have slowly evolved the technology. The current 2017 ConnectKey is much more refined to bring one perfect solution. It enables the customer to seamlessly connect the device in the IT environment with least amount of effort.
Additionally, we worked to bring numerous features to our customers, which they were looking for and will continue adding. For instance, a customer can connect using a mobile device and get a print or scan wirelessly, plus save the data on the machine or over the cloud seamlessly.
Simplifying the workplace
Lots of solutions are available, but it takes time and effort to use them. With ConnectKey, we are trying to bring one solution that will help reduce the processing time as well as the effort needed. The improved and simplified solution offers an intuitive user experience.

The application gallery comes with some preloaded apps and also allows you to add more to it. It supports both Google Android and Apple iOS, so you can play with it as per your needs.
ConnectKey technology enables you to connect to a new device to the network. create policies for various usage. The admin can manage these policies and create a group of employees for different permissions.
Additionally, if you are adding a new machine to your network, you can clone the setting to the new one seamlessly.
The machine is equipped with features to reduce your effort of document management. You can automate processes and reduce errors by scanning documents with the ConnectKey-enabled device. With a robust software, the device can convert document images to text, intelligently fill out standardized forms, and forward them to appropriate departments.
ConnectKey-enabled devices also enable automating and centrally storing content that eliminates version control issues and network traffic by managing projects remotely – so that every participant is on – and working from – the same page. Documents are scanned at the multifunction printer (MFP) with unique identifiers and stored in Office 365, Google Drive or Salesforce. Team members – both onsite and off – simply connect and get access, independent of location.
It’s not a simple machine, it has a complete document management solution. It has its own storage space and operating system, so it’s not a simple printer it is a smart multifunction printer.
