Xiaomi Mi 3 is a hot property these days as the phone is selling in seconds on e-commerce website Flipkart. With this growing demand, Chinese smartphone maker is set to offer the fourth batch (20,000 units) of the phone exclusively on Flipkrt on Tuesday August 12.

As earlier, only those customers who have registered will be eligible for today’s sale. The registrations are now closed and the window for the next sale will open at 6PM on 12 August. Last week, the company had put up 15,000 units on sale which were sold out in just two seconds

Xiaomi said that the company has sold over 35,000 phones in India since it was launched on July 22. On the very first day, the phone reportedly went off shelves within 40 minutes, while the second batch sold in just five seconds. Xiaomi has to produce more units to meet the demands of the Indian smartphone market.

The reason behind this success of the Chinese smartphone maker is the attractive pricing of the Mi 3 which packs some high-end specs under the hood. At just Rs 13,999, the Mi 3 comes with a Snapdragon 800 processor that is only seen in the flagships of the bigiies like Nexus 5, Galaxy S4, Xperia Z sold above Rs 25,000.
