It would give Dropbox users an integrated online office suite, because of the word processing, spreadsheet and presentations apps available in Zoho Docs. Meanwhile, Zoho Docs users now have an integrated service for synchronizing their files across multiple computers and mobile devices.

Zoho Docs integration is the latest Dropbox-related project by Zoho, which previously integrated Dropbox with Zoho Mail and Zoho Projects.

Zoho Docs and Dropbox integration offers several benefits, including seamless two-way file sync, employing which users can choose the Zoho Docs folders to be synchronized with Dropbox. Using this, files and sub-folders within the selected folder can be synchronized through Dropbox across multiple devices. New files added to Zoho Docs or to Dropbox will be synchronized in both services as well as across all devices and will be available through Dropbox mobile and desktop apps.

With this integration, documents, spreadsheets and presentations created using the Zoho Office suite will automatically be synchronized across multiple devices. Users can also edit their Dropbox files - documents, spreadsheets and presentations - directly in Zoho Docs using Zoho's built-in editors. When a user edits a Dropbox file in Zoho Docs, the edits will be reflected in Dropbox, and vice versa, always keeping the content up to date across multiple devices.

Zoho Docs integration with Dropbox is available immediately and free of charge. Instructions for enabling the integration can be found at http://bit.ly/1c5roUX.
