Great list! Wanted to share my own experience in using a great newcomer, which could possibly be in this listing, called EasyERP it seemed like good and quite interesting ERP with a really decent CRM module. It saves us a ton of time and money, as it is open-source, so it`s free, but it doesn`t lack in any necessary features and delivers quite great user experience. Hope it will find it`s place in another iteration of this list.
