Let’s make our Diwali a little more bright by reliving the nostalgic 90’s with the fourth edition of our 90’s video game.

1. World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft(WoW) is a mid 90’s video game of the Warcraft series, developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment. It is an MMORPG where player pierces into the world Azeroth; it is a fantasy territory of swords and sorcery, exotic races, mystical creatures, world turmoil and war.

2. Far Cry

Far cry was initially released in 2004, published by Ubisoft and developed by Crytek. It is a first-person 90’s video game franchise where a player is positioned in a wild surrounding to fight against some tyrannical ruler that control the area and untamed animals.

3. Medal of Honor – European Assault

Medal of Honor – European Assault is the 8th in the Medal of Honor series; a first-person shooter video game. This 90’s video game was released for various platforms such as GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox. The storyline of the game was written by John Milius; it is based on Lieutenant William Holt and his deployments to related forces in several countries.

4. The Godfather

The Godfather, 90’s video game is based on the 1972 classic movie The Godfather. It is a story of a real character, Aldo Trapani, who rose from the ranks of the Corleone family. The game is open-adventure video game developed and published by EA Redwood Shores & Electronic Arts.

5. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

The 13th in the Legend of Zelda series, Twilight Princess Story is based on the Link (protagonist of the series) as she tries to avert Hyrule from being engulfed by a corrupted parallel dimension identified as the Twilight Realm. This action-adventure 90’s video game was developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii and GameCube game consoles.

6. Titan Quest

Titan Quest released in the genre of action role-playing and hack and slash was developed by Iron Lore Entertainment for MS Windows PC and published by THQ. Brian Sullivan is the brain behind this game, it is game setup in Ancient Greece, which is alike to Age of Mythology.

7. Super Mario Galaxy

Super Mario Galaxy is a 3D 90’s video game by Nintendo for the Wii. It was written by Takayuki Ikkaku. the story of the game is rested on the lead, Mario, who is on a search to save Princess Peach while at the same time rescuing the Universe from Browser. Super Mario Galaxy is believed to be one of the greatest games of all times.

8. FIFA 08

Developed by EA Canada, FIFA 08 is the 7th in the EA Sports’ series of football video games. It can be played in both modes: single & multiplayer. The 90’s video game was published by Electronic Arts and the commentary on the game is done by Sky Sport’s Martin Tyler and Andy Gray on next-gen consoles; for present consoles and PC, ITV Sports’ Clive Tyldesley and Gray do the commentary.

9. Pokemon Red and Blue

Pokemon Red and Blue version are the first-ever in the Pokemon game series. It is a role-playing 90’s video game developed and published by Game Freak and Nintendo for Game Boy. The player in the game has to control the protagonist from an overhead perspective and plot a route for him throughout the fictional region of Kanto in a search to master Pokémon battling and become the champion of the Indigo League.

10. Unreal

Unreal, a 90’s video game where the player plays the part of Prisoner 849 was introduced in May 1998. It was developed by Epic MegaGames, Digital Extremes and Legend Entertainment and published by GT Interactive.

    Super Mario Galaxy wasn’t released in the 90s. neither was the Nintendo Wii they were both released in the 2000s
