Microsoft Axapta Dynamics was selected as the product choice for

implementation HRMS in ARLI for enhancing efficiency and to overcome hassles of

manual system across the country. The reasons for selection of this product are

manifold including the following; easy to use and implement, most of the

features that were needed are available as out of box features, lower cost of

customization, and ability to deliver the full project within the strict time

lines.

Within a short period of 4 months of implemetation, they have derived several

benefits including the following: more than 4 headcount were saved on HR

function by automating the work,and less than half the time was taken when

compared to manual system for completing the employee on-boarding process and

appraisal process. This system also made it possible for existing team to handle

double the employee strength based on the existing head count of HR.

Almost zero queries were left on payroll inquiry and leave management post

implementation of HR system. This system also automated travel management for

all approvals thereby resulting in better cost control. And last but not the

least, all key HR process namely employee on-boarding, employee separation,

appraisal, travel management, leave management, training needs now fully on the

system which reducing the TAT by more than half in most of the cases.
