All Cod Black Ops Cold War Zombie Season 1 Challenges Explained

CoD Black Ops Cold War Season 1 is upon us. Today we have 20 brand new zombies challenges that have come with season one and we will be explaining to you how to do all of them. This CoD Black Ops Cold War Zombie Guide will explain how you can complete all the challenges in the easiest way possible. These challenges will give you calling cards to unlock as well as tons of XP upon completing each challenge. So not only is it a great way to rank up but it also gives you an objective to do in-game and you will get rewards for it as well.

#1 Haymaker Challenge:

The first challenge we've got today is called haymaker. This is worth 10 butcher medals and you have to kill five or more zombies rapidly with a melee weapon. Now, there are actually a variety of ways you can do this. You can do this on earlier rounds by letting a lot of the zombies in hoarding them up and then just killing them with your knife all at the same time. You can do this on higher rounds as well by using stun grenades. As far as challenges go this one is pretty straightforward. You just need to get five or more melee kills around 10 times so you can do this in one game. If you do it efficiently and if you keep your starting weapon as your knife get them done on early rounds you should be done with this by like maybe round 20.

#2 Dead Air

Next up we've got a challenge that's potentially a little more tricky. This one is called dead air and you need to kill 30 enemies that are slowed by plaguehound toxic gas. There is a very easy method on how to do this with the ring of fire strategy. You camp on top of the nocturne totem and if done right all of the zombies will come down the same path including the plaguehound. This allows you to absolutely sweep up zombie kills that are slowed down by the plaguehound toxic gas. If you're trying to do this individually it might be a little more difficult but if you do it in this method you should get done with this challenge of dead air in no time.

#3 The Other Side

The next challenge is called The Other Side and you need to get 500 eliminations in the dark aether to complete it. To get this challenge done in the easiest way possible you need to go to the point in the quest where you're getting the Aetherscope porter locations and then go into the dark aether and just kill as many zombies as you can preferably on higher rounds. As long as you can keep going back into the dark aether on relatively higher rounds you should get this challenge done in one game.

#4 Counter Contamination

Now we've got a challenge called counter contamination and you need to block 15 megaton projectiles with the ring of fire. The most efficient way to get this done is to train in the spawn room, activate ring of fire when you're low on around as far as zombies, and just let the megatons from a distance beam you from really far away. After doing this a couple of times the projectiles are really going to stack up and you can probably get this done in a single game as well if you're efficient enough with how often you're earning your ring of fire specialist ability but this one is really not too hard at all.
