Apple, BB & Nokia Might Not Launch 5-inch+ Smartphones Till Year-end

Smartphone makers Apple, BlackBerry and Nokia are not looking at releasing any 5-inch or above models before this year-end, it has emerged.

Other players like HTC, Huawei, Lenovo, LG, Motorola Mobility, Samsung, Sony and ZTE have, however, brought out their own 5-inch models.

If at all, Apple, BlackBerry and Nokia might eye an late-2013 or early-2014 release for their 5-inch and above models, reports suggested.

BlackBerry might enter the elite league with is upcoming A10 in a few months, while Nokia's might hit the stores by this year-end, which might be an upgraded version of its latest Lumia with a 4.7-inch display.
