New Update

After much speculation and rumors about the next iPhone version, Apple has reportedly sent out invites for its iPhone event that is slated to happen on 10 September in US. The event is expected to feature iPhone 5S and the much talked about iPhone 5C, which is supposedly Apple's first budget iPhone smartphone that will be available contract-free across markets like Asia, priced at under $400 and available multiple colors.

Reports indicate that iPhone 5S will sport the same 4.5 inch display like iPhone 5 but come with a faster processor, upgraded camera of 12 MP with dual LED flash and also the added feature of fingerprint scanner. Apart from the hardware changes, iPhone 5S is expected to be available in four colors i.e. black, white, champagne gold and light grey variant as well.

This will be the first time when Apple launches two iPhone models on the same day which seems that the Cupertino based giant has finally bowed down to the pressure of investors and shareholders. iPhone 5C will be launched in emerging markets wherein the original iPhone models are not able to make much moolah and get volume sales.

The 5C will sport a lower quality display, dual-core CPU, 8 MP camera and built with polycarbonate material. We'll be hearing more about these phones as well as iOS 7 which was announced at WWDC earlier this year.
