Apple to Release the Magic Mouse, Trackpad, and Keyboard with USB Type-C ports

The Apple iPhone 15 series was recently unveiled at the Wonderlust launch event. The range comprises the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The handsets include a USB Type-C connection for connectivity. Before the release of this series, all Apple devices had a lightning connector. Apple abandoned the proprietary ports instead of ordinary USB Type-C connections to comply with new EU rules. Mark Gurman claims the company will release Apple Magic accessories with USB Type-C connectivity.

Apple will release USB Type-C accessories in October

Gurman writes in his Bloomberg email that Apple will release USB Type-C accessories in October, along with the anticipated iMac goods. According to the newsletter, the new products will include the Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, and Magic Keyboard. He also stated that the MagSafe Battery Pack and MagSafe Duo Charger with USB Type-C connections will be reintroduced.

Upcoming AirPods Max

Gurman adds that the upcoming AirPods Max, the uncertain release date, will also include a USB Type-C charging connector. To comply with EU regulations and ensure product uniformity, Apple will likely redesign all its product ranges to include USB Type-C charging connectors.

Apple Watch Series X

According to the newsletter, the Apple Watch Series X will be available in 2024 or 2025. In addition, the company is claimed to be working on an AI-powered health counselling service. In a similar schedule, Gurman predicts that Apple will release the Vision Pro AR/VR headset with enhanced features.

11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models

According to Gurman, the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models will be refreshed for the first time in five years with OLED panels. The Magic Keyboard accompanying the tablets will also likely include a metal-top casing.

According to Gurman's most recent email, the upcoming iPhone Pro models will almost certainly have larger displays than their predecessors. The M3 chips are also expected to be used in MacBook Airs, MacBook Pros, and other Mac devices.
