Apple Virtual Product Launch: Apple Unveils Fresh MacBook Pro, iMac, and M3 Chip Lineup

On 30 October 2023, Apple held an online event introducing a new MacBook Pro, iMac, and M3 chip family. The latest gadgets are powered by Apple’s next-generation Mac CPU, the M3. The M3 chip, which is built on a 3nm technology, is said to be 40% faster than the M2 chip.

The new MacBook Pro has a more petite frame and a mini-LED display. The new iMac has a larger display and a more powerful GPU. At the presentation, Apple also unveiled updated versions of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. The new operating system versions provide new functionality as well as bug patches.

The M3 Pro and M3 Max processors are intended for high-end Macs. The M3 chip has up to 8 CPU and 10 GPU cores and is based on a 3nm technology. The M3 Pro chip, which uses a 3nm technology, has up to 12 CPU and 14 GPU cores. The M3 Max chip, which uses a 3nm technology, has up to 16 CPU and 32 GPU cores.
