Apple's iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus to Include Dynamic Island Again and New Colour Options

The iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max are anticipated to go on sale soon. After the September 2022 introduction of the iPhone 14 series, the lineup is expected to succeed it. The 48-megapixel rear camera sensors and Dynamic Island feature from the iPhone 14 Pro series are rumoured for the non-pro variants. A tipster has now suggested the new colour possibilities for the iPhone 15 lineup.

According to a tweet by tipper ShrimpApplePro (@VNchocoTaco), the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are anticipated to go on sale in the following colours: Green, Midnight, Pink, Product (RED), Starlight, and Yellow. This confirms a previous rumour that a new cyan-green colour choice would be introduced for the models, resembling the green iPhone 12 series option.

Expected Changes in the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus Models

According to the rumour, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus models would likely have frosted glass backs rather than the customary glossy ones, making them appear comparable to the more upscale, more expensive Pro models. The Dynamic Island feature is another feature the regular iPhone 15 lineup will likely steal from the iPhone 15 Pro phones. As previously indicated, the claimed Apple assembler employee has once again hinted at this in the most recent leak.

The most recent leak also confirms what has been primarily known for some time: the base iPhone 15 series will have USB Type-C charging connectors. Apple has already stated that it will adopt USB Type-C connections instead of its lightning ports to comply with the new EU rules. Despite the rumour that the company will only permit fast charging and high-speed data transfer with cables that the corporation has approved.

Notably, the colours Blue, Midnight, Purple, Product (RED), Starlight, and Yellow are currently available for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. In India, the handsets start at 79,900 and 89,900 rupees, respectively.
