Additionally, the program will also inculcate the culture of innovation, and entrepreneurship in them to make them relevant not for today but for foreseeable future.

Indian higher education system has made considerable progress in terms of capacity creation and enrollment, especially in the last two decade. It seems there is a lack of proper planning, right guidelines, and control over new institutions and disciplines. The course curriculum is, by and large, outdated and theoretical in nature. There is no focus to learn new technologies/development happening in the industry. When the graduates enter the corporate world, they are clueless about the real world. By virtue of working on both demand and supply side, they developed a holistic approach to tackle this issue at both the ends.

The team at Upskill follows a holistic way to manage the college to corporate transition by understanding the company needs, to keep track of how trainees are performing, provide visibility to trainers and managers alike with an easily customizable program for multiple technology tracks. Additionally, Upskill is also working closely with few of academic institutions to model their syllabus on current technology trends and also working on building an effective startup eco system.

The on-site training in college campus would have a batch size of about 30-40 students. Whereas, the corporate training would completely depend on the customized need of each organization.
