Asus Launches ROG Strix G15 in India, Price Starts at ₹84,990

Asus India has been aggressive with its new launches and especially in the gaming laptop market. Just after the launch of the much wanted Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 with the ani-matrix display now it has launched the new Asus ROG Strix G15 in the market. The new Strix gaming laptop will come with Intel 10th Generation processor and Nvidia graphics. The most interesting feature of the new Asus ROG Strix G15 is the liquid metal cooling which basically uses a liquid metal compound as a thermal paste to offers the best thermal performance in a small and portable form factor. On the page of Asus ROG Strix G15, it says clearly that these laptops are targetted towards streamers and content creators and it makes sense for Asus to do so with the hardware that this laptop has to offer. The Asus ROG Strix G15 will come with the latest Intel processor and Nvidia GPUs up to RTX 2060.

Specifications of the Asus ROG Strix G15 India Unit:

The Asus ROG Strix G15 will come to India with Intel 10th Generation processors. One is the Intel i5 10300H and the other is the Intel i7 10750H. There are 3 GPU options available in different configurations. One is the Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti and the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 Ti. The other is the Nvidia RTX 2060 Ti. There are two Ram configurations available. 8GB of Ram and 16GB of Ram with the expandability of up to 32GB. For storage, the Asus ROG Strix G15 is offering M.2 SSD in 512GB and 1TB. There are 3 more SSD slots for users to expand storage.  For display, there are two options. One is the basic 15.6-inch screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution and 144Hz refresh rate and the other is the 15.6-inch screen with the same resolution but a 240Hz refresh rate. Both screens are IPS panels with good viewing angles. The keyboard is backlit with RGB customization available through the Asus Aura Sync app on the laptop. The trackpad is a glass trackpad and uses Windows precision drivers with support for multitouch. The trackpad can also be turned into a Numpad if the users want to change it. The Asus ROG Strix G15 is a heavy laptop with the weight coming to about 2.3kg on the Asus website. The Asus ROG Strix 15 will come with Windows 10 pre-installed along with Asus ROG specific software.
