This is a sales force automation software from Questech India with management options that range from contact management to sales-target management. The product is available in several versions, for single and mutiple users. We reviewed the Professional Lite version. It uses MS Access as the backend database. The administrator can create accounts with different levels of access, but can’t have the privileges to manage the contacts or use other features in the software. Interestingly, if the administrator can create any type of account, then he can certainly create an account with all privileges. 

While the software itself is quite comprehensive, its interface could be more intuitive. It takes time to get used to it. For instance, the BeforeSales help file is split into two separate windows, Index and Content. The Content window doesn’t even have a scroll bar to move down. Features covered include tracking targets, schedule and activity management. 

There are pre-built templates for creating invoice, quotation, and faxes. A nice feature is its usability across different time zones. Plus, it also supports five European languages including enabling one-stop solution for even multilingual and multi-site sales teams. The help is precise and well written. At Rs 3,900 for a single seat, it is
affordable for most organizations.
