MindTree Ltd., a global IT and Product Engineering Services Company, announced that the Board of Directors met this morning and accepted Ashok Soota's resignation effective 31 March, 2011.
The Board of Directors also decided that the new Chairman will be elected when the Board meets in April 2011.
