The Bull''s front panel is simple, with just three
LEDs. The on-off switch, the two power outlets and the RS 232 port are all on the back
panel. Size-wise, this is among the longest UPS''s that we reviewed.

This 600 VA off-line UPS has a software
control option. It indicated average performance with 77 percent efficiency 300 watts and

The Bull Power 600 emerged an average performer, with
a switchover of 6.2 ms and a backup time of 8 minutes. It was able to regulate output to
only 15 percent on either side, and had very high battery float voltages. Nor was it able
to start an additional 250 VA load on battery and tripped. When short circuited, it
survived, tripped and restarted via the on-off.
