You might soon be able to play Call of Duty Mobile with a controller

Call of Duty Mobile has seen massive success since its release, with 25 million downloads within 48 hours. Given that the franchise was hugely popular on consoles, it is natural that many of the loyal fans from the console genre.
The PC players can run Call of Duty Mobile on PC via GameLoop, Tencent’s official emulator. But console players had a hard time, considering how the game does not support controllers. Yet. In a community update on Reddit, Activision posted that they had heard the players, and was “committed to making Call of Duty: Mobile an all-time great in this historic franchise”.
“In this first community update, we’d like to treat you all as well are you’ve been treating us by sharing news about upcoming updates, acknowledging feedback, and teasing some juicy content in the pipeline,” they said.
To this end, they said that they were working on controller support. They revealed that the feature was already being tested and would be implemented soon.
We hear you loud and clear that you want to know about controller support. We are currently testing controller support and looking at the possibility of offering this feature sometime in the future, but we’d have to make sure it is properly implemented and balanced. Just hang tight.
Other than that, they have also added more features owing to the feedback they received from the players. There will be more login options in the game other than Line and Facebook. Activision also said that they are working on more ways for players to report cheaters. Certain performance issues are also being worked and improved upon, they said.
The community update also talks about certain bug fixes. Activision has also given a shoutout and an in game reward to a community member who turned their sympathetic story about just barely missing out Nuke to a discussion with over 90 comments.
