built-in touchpad. This replaces mouse, saving valuable desk space. To move the cursor,
you simply glide your finger across the touchpad. To get the mouse functionality, you have
to tap once for single-click, twice for double-click, and tap and hold for drag, draw, or
highlight functions.
The GlidePoint comes with a PS/2-AT keyboard adapter and a serial
PS/2 touchpad adapter. It’s easy to connect. All you have to do is to connect the
keyboard to your PC (running Win 3.1/95/98) and install the accompanying software.
The software lets you customize the programmable keys, thus
enhancing productivity. There’s also Cirque Signature software and a pen for
signature-based apps. You can create a signature of your own and send it along with your
e-mail.
The ergonomic keyboard’s raised, split-contour design allows a
natural and relaxed position while typing.
