Contact Management Suite

Here’s a contact management suite which is feature rich and has a simple

interface. At its heart is the Address Book, which supports an unlimited number

of contacts with provision for recording all interactions with these contacts.

This helps in knowing your customer better as all his past information is

available at a single place. Maximizer automatically creates a very useful

company-contact-hierarchy for contacts belonging to the same company. The

Calendar automatically checks others’ schedules for free times for meetings

and synchronizing your schedule with your palm. Maximizer has a ‘Documents’

window in which you can associate any document with any of your contacts. This

helps you to keep track of, say, faxes you might receive from your clients.

Maximizer boasts of an impressive ‘Order Desk,’ which provides access to

all the information relating to orders made to your organization. When used in

conjunction with ecBuilder Pro, the Order Desk can be used to process and track

online orders too. Also included is an integrated e-mail client, which works

closely with your address book and supports importing information from common

email clients like Microsoft Outlook and Eudora Pro. Other features include

notes, hotlists (to-do’s), faxing, report generation with unlimited number of

user-defined fields, keeping track of business opportunities (like tenders) and

a marketing library. Almost any information that Maximizer stores can be made

public/ private or exported to/imported from your palm.

It is easy to create an e-commerce website using ecBuilder Pro, for even

those with little or no knowledge of HTML or XML. Setting up the website is as

easy as answering a few questions which are used to collect the necessary

information like products and categories, prices, shipping tariffs, and tax

rates. Also supported are multiple currencies and payment options (COD, DD, and

credit card) and 128-bit SSL encryption. The design and layout of the website

can be chosen from amongst the various templates available–the size and color

for individual items can also be changed.

The ecBuilder Pro has a few timesavers like automatically registering your website with the top search engines and easily adding advertisement banners. The entire structure of the website, with various categories, sub-categories and products can be viewed in a tree-like structure for easy management.
