The need for a correspondence-management system may seem very superficial, but when you put Correzone to use, the time saved on correspondence is massive. It is for people, like the HR department, who deal with a large amount of mail. Its features include the classification of mail by custom categories or pre-built categories, task manager and post-dated letters.

There are templates that let you quickly design and send out professional-looking letters. An automatic numbering scheme helps track all letters and a search facility hunts for specific letters. An integration of various services makes sure that you can fax, e-mail, etc, with a single click. It can use Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle or MSCDE databases for efficient storage of data. The latest version 2.1 also includes a greetings creator. Another good feature is the memo function to send memos to others using the package. Though not a core feature, the package can also be used for doing basic contact management. The package could have been more intuitive as learning it requires some effort. The software comes with a non-blocking parallel port hardware lock. The software’s manual is very detailed, and could have been simplified a little. Overall, a useful package.
