D-Link to Extend Exclusive Service Support for Enterprise Business Customers

In its bid to enhance focus on Enterprise business, D-Link (India) Limited had recently charted extensive growth strategy for 2012-13. So while the company has already devised aggressive sales & marketing plans, it now looks forward to extending exclusive service support to enterprise business customers. As a result, D-Link (India) Limited has announced 'Next Business Day Warranty' support on its enterprise product line.

With Next Business Day On-Site Warranty, D-Link will ensure highest quality of assistance and support to enterprise customers. Thus helping them keep their network up and running within a short period of time, in the event of any technical failure.

Talking about this new initiative, Mr. Sanjay Sehgal — VP - Enterprise & Project Business, D-Link (India) Limited said, “One of the key agenda's for us this year is to establish D-Link as a prominent player in large enterprise domain & maximize our market share. While D-Link already has a strong & impressive product range that includes both Active & Passive networking solution, we are now looking at enhancing the overall customer experience by offering exceptional service support. 'Next Business Day Warranty' support is another step towards offering service support that is at par with global standards, and also reinforcing the faith in D-Link products & service infrastructure amongst Enterprise clients”

D-Link Next Business Day Warranty offers onsite hardware replacement. Also under Next Business Day (NBD) warranty, product failure due to defects in materials or workmanship of any internal component will be replacement with equivalent product, within 24 hours provided all standard criterions are met. The Next Business Day Warranty offered by D-Link will be valid up-to a period of 13 months, basis the product is registered within the stipulated time-frame set by the company.

In its very first phase, Next Business Day warranty support is being made available on D-Link range of Managed switches in Mumbai, Bangalore & Goa. Moving ahead D-Link plans to extend this service to customers across the country & is likely to be rolled out PAN India by end of July 2012.
