DESIGN SOFTWARE: SolidWorks 2005

This is a software for mainstream 3D mechanical design that empowers
machine, mold and consumer product designers. SolidWorks 2005 includes 3D
design, analysis and product data management all in one. The software offers
powerful drawing capabilities and ease of use. The key features are: an
extensive design library for machine designers, enhanced loft features for
consumer product designers, a mold design validation tool and an embedded editor
for AutoCAD files. SolidWorks 2005 will be available for purchase by the mid of
this year in 12 languages worldwide. It will be available in three
configurations: SolidWorks 2005 (the core modeling software), SolidWorks Office
and SolidWorks Office Professional.
