Canon, which entered the Users Choice Club only last year with a UPI of just 7% and at third place, increased its UPI to 52% and climbed to the number two slot. Also, Epson has re-entered, at number three position. Umax, which last year was at number two position with a UPI of 16%, has been pushed down to number four with 11% UPI. Can Canon upstage HP next year?
