The Problem: With multiple programs being used, there was no standard system to keep a proper flow of information through different departments. This led to a lack of co-ordination amongst all departments. The Solution: Therehere was a need of implementing an information system which could take care of the information shared between different departments and that too in real time.
For this, the company deployed SAP ERP, which included modules for sales and distribution, materials mgmt, and financial accounting.
The Result: The company has eliminated redundancy, reduced paper wastage, and optimized resource utilization. The system is supporting business growth, and has standardized company's internal processes.
