Finalists of Vodafone Drive into the Big League Season 3 Announced

Vodafone Business Services, the enterprise arm o f Vodafo ne India, announced the finalists of Vodafone Drive into the Big League (DiTBL) Season 3, an initiative to connect and support the medium sized business community and provide them with a platform for easier and faster opportunities for growth. The contest provides one Indian medium sized enterprise a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and a money-can't-buy-experience of having its company logo on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes cars at the Indian Grand Prix 2013, to be held in Delhi from October 25 to October 27, 2013. This is a wonderful opportunity for a medium sized enterprise to put their company logo alongside multi-billion dollar brands, to be viewed by millions of television viewers across the globe.

At the close of one month of the process of selection and elimination, post entries to Vodafone Drive into the Big League Season 3 coming in from ci ties and towns across all states, 10 medium sized enterprises with a turnover between INR 100 crore and INR 500 crore were declared the finalists. The shortlisted finalists are:

  • Allied Digital Service Limited, Mumbai
  • Havmor Ice Cream Limited, Ahmedabad
  • DRL Logistics Private Limited, Bangalore
  • Wings Travels Management(I), Pune
  • Blue Cross Laboratories Limited, Mumbai
  • AVI Global Plast Pvt Ltd, Mumbai
  • IPE Global Private Limited, Delhi

Expressing pleasure at the amazing response for Vodafone Drive into the Big League Season 3, Naveen Chopra, Director, Vodafone Business Services, said, "We are overwhelmed by the responses received for this unique initiative since we started in 2011. The 10 shortlisted partici pants are now presenting their case to an esteemed panel of experts and competing for the coveted top spot. This is being telecast as a six part television reality series on a leading business channel, being aired during October 2013. The final winner will be selected by the expert jury who will evaluate the shortlisted participants based on providing them with real situations that each of their businesses could face and how they would address those situations. Overall, the show is a must watch for any established or budding entrepreneur to see how 10 different minds analyze business situations and find an easier path to growth.
