Alert Forza Horizon Games That Xbox Accidentally Sold For 61p Are Being Returned 1 1 1

Players were thrilled a week or two ago when Microsoft posted what appeared to be an excellent price. Customers may get a deal for Forza Horizon 4 and 5 with all the DLC mentioned on the Swedish Xbox Store for £0.61. We reported on the listing after a games journalist found it, and it appears that players took advantage of the pricing error.

Are the customers receiving refunds?

However, customers from the UK and other European nations who purchased the 61p Forza Horizon bundle appear to be receiving refunds. One of our editors confirmed this and discovered the Forza Horizon 4 and 5 premium bundle he bought for a dirt low price has been converted back to the Game Pass version and is no longer shown in his owned games tab. Many users have also claimed to have received refunds from Xbox over on ResetEra.

Was it a mistake in the listing?

The first unintentional listing was removed quickly, and customers who had a legitimate payment method and address could make purchases through the Xbox store in Sweden. There is a mistake in the listing. Numerous buyers took advantage of the incorrect pricing, although incidents like this have been known to occur on other online retailers. For example, Amazon often honours such transactions. But it appears Microsoft is returning the purchased games and refunding those who purchased the 61 bundles.

What is the Black Friday Discount for the Forza Horizon package?

The Forza Horizon package is being offered at a discount in honour of Black Friday. However, its regular price is roughly £170. Although the premium package is no longer available at such a steep discount, it is still only £67.99. However, some gamers momentarily basked in the warmth of playing triple-A racing games that only cost them £0.61.

It was wonderful while it lasted, but Xbox only sometimes honours unintentional prices, especially when the cost is so low for so many fantastic games.
