Coming to performance, we tested the motherboard using a P4 3.4 GHz processor

with 1 GB DDR2 533 MHz RAM and a SATA hard drive. We ran PCMark 2005, 3Dmark

2005, Business Winstone 2002 and Doom 3 tests on it, which test for overall

system performance, graphics, business productivity, and gaming performance

respectively. In PCMark04, it scored 4509 and 38 in Business Winstone tests.

Comparing to the ECS RC410L motherboard that we reviewed in February this year,

it gave better performance, as ECS RC410L was able to give only 32 in Business

Winstone benchmark test. 3DMark scores of Foxconn were found to be 634 while

ECS had given 598. In Doom3, the performance was 8 fps on ultra high setting

using onboard graphics. Surprisingly, we were able to run NVIDIA 7800GT graphics

card on an ATi board and got 69 fps with it in Doom3, which is playable and

comparative to its own category of boards.

Bottomline: Overall it's a decent board for regular use.
