Free e-mail services galore, and at a time when at least some of them are moving to a paid business model we are introducing this category. Not surprisingly, five services make the grade. Of these, the winner is Yahoo, with Hotmail and Rediffmail at second and third positions.

Players here should be concerned about the abysmally low loyalty levels in small businesses and households.
