We introduced this category last year due to its growing popularity. Most of the players remain the same as last year, and that too in the same order. Yahoo remains the most preferred free e-mail service, followed by Hotmail, Rediff and Sify. The only player that’s missing this year is Caltiger, because it no longer provides this service. Yahoo received maximum support from software companies. Most people who chose this service, attributed good quality as the top most reason.
