The Problem: In a highly competitive landscape, with other financial biggies already having a strong grip on the market, with their multiple offerings, Fullerton needed a solution to make its presence felt. The traditional approach of setting up a separate IT product/solution for each service offering would have been time consuming.

The Solution: The company decided to use a different approach by using solutions to first understand the customer needs through a no-obligation financial plan and then offer relevant financial solutions. Fullerton implemented a distributed IT infrastructure with multiple data centers across 16 Pan India locations. A comprehensive app suite was implemented comprising of CRM, trading, mutual funds, depositary services, portfolio aggregation, transactional website, etc.

The Result: The solution provides a 360 degrees view of the customer. Moreover, customers only have to fill up documentation once rather than multiple forms. They have multiple touch points with all service delivery channels connected to a central repository. This enables faster, accurate and valuable information to customers. This has reduced operational costs enabling the company to do more with less.
