Rediff follows close on the heels of indiatimes, while in.msn.com stands at a
distant fourth. Last brand on the index is Sify. MSN has emerged as the most
persuasive brand, followed by Yahoo.co.in. Sify has the highest brand pull,
followed by MSN.
Yahoo.co.in however, still enjoys the highest brand loyalty amongst its
users, followed closely by Rediff. In.msn.com needs to pull up, as 59% of its
current users said they were likely to shift out in the near future.
