APC (Schneider Electric) dominates this category by emerging as the top brand in both the segments, as was the case with its brand APC which has been at the top spot even in the past few years. The point to be noted here is that when we say Schneider Electric, it consists of two brands viz. APC and Merlin Gerin. Drilling down even further, when we separate the votes of APC and Merlin Gerin, the undisputed winner in this category is APC by a huge margin.

In the 100 to 499 employees segment, Emerson/DB Power claims the second spot. Both current as well as prospective buyers of Emerson/DB Power have registered a high level of confidence in its products. Numeric was sitting on the fifth position last year, but has moved to the third spot this year. However, as much as 96% of Numeric users have mentioned that they are likely to shift brands in the future. Siemens moved down one spot to be placed on the fourth position this year, and going by the data, the users are not really happy with the initial pricing and more alarmingly the brand registers the lowest confidence in after sales support/service. Su-Kam does not make it to the club this year.

In the 500+ employees segment too Siemens has not only newly moved into the club, but it has managed to grab a seat for itself at the second spot. As a result, Emerson/DB Power moves down one spot to be on the third position. Numeric stays put at number four, which is where it was last year as well. Here again, Su-Kam, which held the third position last year, did not make it into the club this year. But here too, Siemens needs to check on initial pricing and after sales support and service, as the users have shown almost no confidence in them. Also, Emerson as well DB Power need to worry with about 32% and 40% users showing a likely to shift mindset. Numeric has registered the least brand loyalty with 46% considering a shift out, while APC remains the favorite with the users with barely 7% considering a brand change.
