Although Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 has officially debuted, the update has had several problems. Some players have been experiencing highly sluggish downloads while attempting to launch the game, particularly those new to the brand.
Most gamers tend to have sluggish download speeds while using Battle.net to access the game. Blizzard acknowledged that Battle.net digital downloads were momentarily offline in a tweet on Wednesday, but no information on the cause or scheduled return time has been provided.
How to speed up the download of Warzone 2 for Battle.net users
The Battle.net client will occasionally provide a more recent statement regarding the state of its servers. The best action may be to wait until the servers are successfully backed up if they are down or experiencing problems. Otherwise, the launcher allows you to modify the download speed:
Choose the Battle.net logo at the launcher's top.
- Enter "Settings"
- Select the "Downloads" tab
- If the "limit download bandwidth" box is ticked, locate the "Network Bandwidth" subheader and uncheck it.
The best approach may be to troubleshoot by restarting your router, computer, or the client entirely if the "limit download bandwidth box" is already unchecked or if you're experiencing problems with the Steam client.
