Following the introduction of inexpensive Chromebooks and high-end Omen gaming devices earlier this year, HP India has unveiled four new productivity-focused laptops in India. All new HP laptops contain 13th-Gen Intel CPUs, which may provide the business an advantage over competitors that still sell notebooks with 11th-Gen or 12th-Gen Intel CPUs. According to HP, the new laptops are aimed at youthful clients who want a premium-looking laptop with a relatively large screen but a low-price tag. The new laptops also include a better camera, which still needs to be improved in many notebooks (including some HP notebooks). The webcam primarily aims to assist users in remote or hybrid work environments.
HP has unveiled four new laptops: the HP 14, the HP 15, the HP Pavilion Plus 14, and the HP Pavilion X360.
HP 14 and 15-Rs.39,999
- The only variation between the two HP 14 and 15 laptops is the size of the displays. The 15.6-inch display model has a 13th-generation Intel Core i5 CPU that weighs 1.6 kg. A 13th-generation Core i3 CPU powers the 14-inch variant and weighs 1.4kg. Both LCD panels include an anti-glare coating and a Full-HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels).
- HP 14 and 15 laptops include a manual webcam shutter for further privacy and Wi-Fi 6 compatibility. A fingerprint reader is also available as an option.
- The HP 14 is priced starting at Rs 39,999.
HP Pavilion Plus 14-Rs 81,999
- The HP Pavilion Plus 14 variant has up to 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB SSD. A 51Wh battery that enables PD charging is also included. The highest model has a 14-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a resolution of 2.8K (2880x1880 pixels). For hands-free control, Amazon Alexa is integrated in.
- The starting price of HP Pavilion Plus 14 in India is Rs 81,999.
HP Pavilion X360-Rs 57,999
- The Pavilion X360 display can swivel 180 degrees, allowing customers to utilise the laptop as a tablet. A stylus is also included in the box. The HP Pavilion X360 is powered by an IntelCore i5-1335UCPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB SSD. In contrast to the Plus 14 variant, there is no OLED display. Instead, it has a Full-HD 14-inch IPS display with a brightness of 250 nits.
- The HP Pavilion X360 begins at Rs 57,999 in India.
