HP PSC 1350

This is the successor to PSC 1210, having some features of PSC 2410. Similar in looks to PSC 1210 this one comes with slots for all types of popular flash media cards such as Compact Flash, Memory Stick, Multimedia Card, Secure Digital and Smart Media. It can print directly from the cards without the need of a PC. It has a single button to start scanning jobs. The MFD doesn’t have an LCD display, and has a standard one digit LED display, so the maximum number of prints/copies that can be printed directly from the MFD is 9. For more you need a PC.

Performance wise it gave a print speed of 9 secs/page for a mono draft A4 sized page, and 7 mins/page for an A4 color image print, which is a good speed. However, it seemed that the black ink was used more because the black areas appeared darker. The copier managed about 18 secs/page for black and 6.5 mins for a full-page color image. A slight problem is that you can’t adjust print modes directly from the MFD, it has to be done from the computer. Setting options are limited as you can choose only between page size ‘100%’ and ‘fit to page’ and the paper type between “photo paper” and “plane paper”.
