New Update

SAP's MySAP ERP continues to remain as the most future ready brand, with

Oracle close on its heels with its multiple HRMS offerings from PeopleSoft, J D

Edwards, and Orace's own E-Business Suite. The situation hasn't changed much

over last year, except for the entry of one more brand into the club-Automatic

Data Processing Enterprise HRMS. This brand was not able to gather sufficient

votes last year to enter the club, but it looks like there's been improvement.

Looking at the future readiness index, MySAP is far ahead of competition,

with E-Business Suite moving at 27%, followed by PeopleSoft at 21% and ADP at

13%. The brand persuasion situation continues to remain same as last year. None

of the brands are persuasive enough. Though they have high top of mind recall,

conversion to likelihood of purchase isn't happening as much. On a relative

scale though MySAP ERP is the most persuasive, followed by Oracle E-Business

Suite, PeopleSoft, and finally ADP. In brand pull, only ADP is loosing pull,

while rest are all gaining. MySAP ERP has the highest brand pull on a relative

scale. Last year, PeopleSoft enjoyed the highest brand pull, but this year it's

at the third spot. MySAP enjoys the highest brand loyalty at 74%, with zero

likely switch outs. PeopleSoft is next at 53%, with 21% likely switch out,

mostly to MySAP ERP. ADP has 50% brand loyalty, with 20% switch out. E-Business

Suite has lowest brand loyalty.
