The winner in this segment is SAP’s MySAP solution, which leads runner up
Oracle -PeopleSoft by a wide margin. Even more interesting is the fact that of
the five brands that made it to the Users’ Choice club this year, three belonged
to Oracle-PeopleSoft, JD Edwards Enterprise One, and E-Business Suite. However,
even their combined scores are not able to overtake the winner SAP MySAP. The
only other brand that made it to the Users’ Choice club this year was Ramco
Systems’ Enterprise Series.

MySAP enjoyed the highest current brand ownership, top of mind recall, brand
loyalty relative to other HRM brands and the highest shift-ins from other
brands. Oracle’s PeopleSoft was in the second place followed by JD Edwards,
E-Business Suite and Ramco Systems.

SAP’s MySAP was also the strongest in five out of the seven industries we
reached out to this time. Its brand perception appeared a little weak in
education and BFSI segments. PeopleSoft on the other hand, enjoyed the highest
brand perception in BFSI. Though, in other industries its perception appeared
alarmingly low.

PeopleSoft had highest brand loyalty amongst its existing owners, with 64% of
them saying that they were likely to continue using it in the near future. MySAP
on the other hand enjoyed a brand loyalty of only 43%, and what’s concerning
here is that 11% of them said that they were likely to shift to other brands.
