ING VYSYSA bank made banking easy with their newly launched mobile app for Androids and iOS platform. In this era of mobility where everything is "on the go' mobile banking is overtaking the net banking in India as well.

The app is completely sync with ING Net banking (login, beneficiaries, bill pay). Introducing the concept of ING Online Access, i.e., customers will choose a single ID and password for all digital channels and fund transfer beneficiaries synced b/w e-banking and mobile is also available. Not only this, also Bill payments sync between e-banking and mobile feature is available to the consumers. By syncing your phonebook with the mobile app, you can send alerts to beneficiary that the money have been sent after a fund transfer. Contact details like image, phone number, E-mail ID are automatically synced with the phonebook.

One of the unique features of m banking app is the presence of "Balance meter" which is outside the logged in section. This feature enables customer to keep more balances in the account & remain in the "Green Zone".

Another feature that makes the app unique from other is the presence of option to scan a cheque from the camera and save it for future reference. The Application will also display the stored cheques with the description. ING says the feature is futuristic and would be of great use when customers will be able to send their cheque images to the bank for clearing.

The app also has a provision of going beyond ‘the banking'. They provide option of e-Gift Vouchers for friends/family & ING e-Deals on the special occasions. With the ongoing trend of reminder, the app enables you to set reminders for bills on the phone's calendar along with ATM & Branch locator.

ING VYSYSA claims a total of over 40000+ downloads already and 700+ customer reviews. The iOS App crossed 10000+ downloads. The Android app crossed ~25,000 downloads within 10 days of launch. In a press meet they informed media that, total financial transactions on Mobile channel have crossed 25 Cr already and this is growing very fast.

Along with this app, the bank also introduced a concept of ‘FD on SMS' - ING harnessing the power of SMS to open new deposits which takes 15 seconds to book a deposit.
