Iomega USB 2.0 CD-ReWriter

This external drive does 48x write, 24x re-write and 48x read with USB 2.0, and 4x/4x/6x with USB 1.1. Performance was very good and it gave the best results in most tests . Audio CD-CD copy was 27 and 20 secs slower than the Odyssey and Yamaha respectively, not big enough to worry about. Average data throughput with CD-RW media was good, though slightly lower than the Yamaha. It has a sturdy and attractive body. It ships with a PCMCIA USB 2.0 card, and is a little big to be carried around with a laptop. It can, be very useful for sharing amongst multiple computers .
