Here’s something for small offices to make easy ISD calls through the Internet. It’s easy to set up. It has two Ethernet connectors. One hooks to your local network and the other to the Internet gateway. The phone then automatically picks up an IP from your DHCP server.

You can also manually set them. You need a Caltiger Net2phone calling card to make calls. Set the account and pin numbers, from its keypad. Voice quality depends upon your ISP and your Net connect. We didn’t experience too much jitter or delay in during our test calls to the US. It’s a good option for companies who don’t want toll -quality calls and cyber cafes. It might be expensive for homes though.

Price  Rs 13,724; Calling cards: Rs 100—5000 (120 days validity)
: Easy to setup and use, looks like a normal phone.
