iQoo 12 5G Coming to Amazon India: Preview Microsite Goes Live Before 12 December Unveiling

On 7 November, the iQoo 12 series was released globally. The lineup had two models: the iQoo 12 and the iQoo 12 Pro. The base model has been confirmed for the Indian market, and the launch date has been set for 12 December. In India, the phone will be available for purchase through Amazon. In China, it is available in three colour schemes: Burning Way, Legend Edition, and Track Version (translated), with the last featuring a BMW Motorsport-inspired finish.

The base iQoo 12 model now has a microsite on Amazon’s India site, indicating the product’s availability on the e-commerce platform. Meanwhile, in China, the 12GB + 256GB iQoo 12 is priced at CNY 3,999 (about Rs. 45,000), while the 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB variants are priced at CNY 4,299 (approximately Rs. 50,00) and CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs. 53,000), respectively.

The iQoo 12 has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K (1,260×2,800 pixel) resolution, a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and an aspect ratio of 20:9 with HDR10+ compatibility. It has an octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and an Adreno 750 GPU. The iQoo 12 phone runs OriginOS 4, based on Android 14.

The iQoo 12’s optics comprise a 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch primary sensor, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 100X digital zoom, and a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra wide-angle lens. The iQoo 12 handset’s front-facing camera has a 16-megapixel sensor.

The iQoo 12 has a 5,000mAh battery with 120W power and rapid charging capabilities. The iQoo 12 handset includes an in-display fingerprint sensor for further security. iQoo 12 weighs 203 grams and has dimensions of 163.22mm x 75.88mm x 8.10mm.
