New Update

As Irevna had multiple resources to support the development of their various

projects, they needed a solution to manage the user accounts dynamically and

automatically. They also required a solution to manage a user account's life

cycle (on-boarding, user access control, off-boarding) and to reduce the

operational work of backend IT team in managing user ACLs. Earlier, users'

productivity was impacted because in order to get access to a network resource

they had to wait for the IT support. As there was no dynamic allocation of

resources there were multiple unused network ports that could be compromised, a

potential security threat.

The solution provides dynamic allocation of users to the project VLAN segment.

Whenever a user logs in it provides dynamic allocation of user ACLs and their

access to the shared drive. User on-boarding process is automated, user shifting

process w.r.t user access is also automated. Additional functions are: creation

and truncation of user accounts, and integration of on-boarding process,

off-boarding process, user accounts, security groups, user location, visibility

of information on real time basis on the desks of the SAP users for effective

decision support system, changes/reduction in cycle times of various processes,

early warning systems & system alerts, in-built system controls while performing

transactions, etc.
