The launch event was hosted at the Embassy of Switzerland; taking part were: Dr. Andreas Baum, the Ambassador of Switzerland to India, Mr. Liam Bates, co-founder of Kaiterra, Mr. Barun Aggarwal, CEO of Breathe Easy Labs, Mr. Rajat Malhotra from JLL, Ms. Nita Soans CEO India, Kaiterra and Mr. Amitoj Singh from NDTV.

Sensedge is a revolutionary product that accurately monitors air quality on a real-time basis, thus enabling users to more rapidly make healthier decisions for their indoor environment. It offers several key features: real-time, accurate monitoring of PM2.5, CO2, TVOC, temperature, and humidity; end-to-end encryption for secure data transfer; continuous data collection via a cloud-based server and local storage; simple and intuitive user experience and more.

Liam Bates, the co-founder of Kaiterra, says, “We are extremely excited about bringing Sensedge to South Asia. Concerns about air quality here have been rising and there is an urgent need to invest in healthy buildings since we spend most of our time indoors. Sensedge empowers commercial building owners to accurately measure the quality of air indoors and work towards improving it.”

Nita Soans, CEO-Kaiterra India, adds, “With the introduction of the Sensedge in India we look forward to bringing the commercial buildings segment a product that is much better suited to their needs and much easier to maintain. Sensedge avoids a time-consuming annual calibration, which can cost weeks of data records.”

She points out that, “While the HR industry has been getting on board wellness and well-being concepts in the workplace, priority is slowly being given to healthy buildings. Companies are exploring how their investment in healthy buildings affects people’s cognition and productivity. But there’s still a lot that needs to be done to increase awareness.”

The brand is positive about receiving recognition for Sensedge in the Indian market, thanks to the tremendous success of its previously launched products such as the Laser Egg, Laser Egg 2 and Laser Egg 2+. The invitation-only event was attended by more than 80 senior representatives from major companies, including Google, GSK, JLL, Hines, Godrej, GBCI, Cushman & Wakefield, and AECOM as well as guests from embassies.
