Functionality & Features: This CRM suite includes all facilities needed in a real estate firm including Booking management, sales enquiry management and broker management. It offers complete CRM functions for both pre and post sales. Various reports can be generated using Real CRM, such as customer lists, follow-up lists, booking confirmations and payment reports.
Technology used: ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2005,SQL Server

USP: Offers the cheapest CRM tool for real estate businesses in India, compared to other CRMs available from Zoho and Salesforce.

Impact: Only all-in-one CRM catered specifically for Indian real estate companies. The company has about 90-100 clients in North India, and are in the process of expanding their client base toward the south.

The key thing going in favor of this CRM package is the cost vs features. It turns out to be a very cheap alternative, making it very lucrative for smaller real-estate companies who have low budgets.

While the solution has been created for the real-estate company, the jury didn’t find it to be a unique offering.
