Lava launches Blaze, a smartphone with 13MP main camera, priced at Rs 8,700

Lava introduces Blaze, smartphone with glass body and 13MP main camera, today. Although not so powerful in terms of performance but lava blaze runs stock android 12 on a Helio A22 Chipset.

It has 12nm chip, 8x Cortex-A53 CPU cores and a PowerVR GE8300 GPU, just enough resources to run full-blooded Android. The smartphone comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage, which is expandable.

Lava Blaze is promised with 2 years of security patches. The Blaze has a 6.5″ display with 720 x 1,600px resolution. Lava has picked an IPS LCD, notched with an 8MP selfie camera. It also has face unlock and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader, according to GSM Arena.

It is powered by a relatively large 5,000mAh battery that promises over 8 hours of YouTube streaming or 40 hours of talk time. Charging is done over USB-C at 10W. The other wired connection is the 3.5mm headphone jack and there is even an FM radio receiver.

Further, this is a dual-SIM phone with 4G connectivity and a triple card with Bluetooth 5.0. If your Blaze display get cracked in the first 100 days of ownership, Lava will replace it for free.

The Lava Blaze goes on pre-order today on the company’s official website as well as on Flipkart at a price of Rs 8,700.
