SAP emerges as the clear winner across both survey segments, with runner up Oracle behind by a wide margin
Software - RDBMS
Without any surprise, Oracle is the winner in this category and right at its tail is MySQL followed by Microsoft SQL Server
Software - CRM
SAP is the winner this time around. Oracle trails, across both survey segments. 5 brands have made it to the Users' Choice club this year
Software - Anti-Virus
Symantec leads six other anti-virus brands that made it to the users' choice club of 2012

VMware continues its winning streak by a wide margin, followed by MS Hyper-V. Contenders for the third position are different across the two segments.

Microsoft's SharePoint Server wins across both survey segments as expected. There are quite a few brands that have made it to the elite Users' Choice league
Software - HRMS
SAP - mySAP ERP wins across both survey segments followed by Oracle and Ramco. ADP makes an entry into the club this year
Software - Email & Messaging software
Microsoft Exchange is the undisputed leader in both small and large market segments. Other brands that make it to the elite club of 2012 are Lotus Notes/Domino and Sify Mail, as expected
