Lenovo Haswell powered Ultrabooks launched in India price starting from Rs 78,000

Lenovo India has added ThinkPad S1 Yoga to its range of ultrabooks in the country. These devices are powered by Intel's fourth generation Haswell Core processors. Other ThinkPad S1 Yoga, the company has launched ThinkPad T440, ThinkPad T440s and ThinkPad X240s ultrabooks, all focusing on the country's enterprise user base.

The ThinkPad S1 Yoga is a tablet-laptop hybrid that can be flipped around 360 degrees. The device comes with lift-and-lock system that enables easy display detachment. The S1 Yoga is pre-loaded with Intel SBA platform that offers secured business management and priced at Rs 80,000 onwards.

Next up is the Lenovo ThinkPad T440 which comes with 14 inch HD display with optional multitouch. Powered by Intel Haswell processor, the ultrabook offers 1TB storage and expected 10 hours + battery life. This one is available for Rs 78,000 onwards.

The third ultrabook to make its way is ThinkPad T440s. Built around a carbon fiber top the lightweight device comes with mini-DisplayPort, VGA, USB and SD card reader. Unlike the previous two, this one is powered by Intel Coe i5 processor and running on Windows 8 Pro. The ultrabook is available in the market from Rs 90,000 onwards.

The final jigsaw of the puzzle is ThinkPad X240s ultrabook which is the lightest of the lot at 1.2 kg and comes with VGA, Mini-DisplayPort and two USB 3.0 ports. The device sports a full HD IPS display and powered by Intel Haswell processor with claims of long battery life. ThinkPad X240s is available from Rs 95,000 onwards
