LG Announces The Launches of Its New TV Models In India

LG announces its new UHD TVs, TV models. This new range of TV's have IPS 4K panel with True Color Accuracy and 20W powerful sound so that viewers can experience the best sound while watching; this range is designed and developed, keeping in mind the Indian consumers’ desires. These TV's will be available on Amazon prime day i.e. 15th & 16th July.

Key intelligent features :

LG’s new UHD range offers an interactive experience with new smart TV features that deliver intelligent control and connectivity. With a streamlined setup process, viewers can seamlessly connect to gaming consoles and external sound bars. The UHD TV also functions as smart home hubs, offering access to other smart home products of LG’s Smart ThinQTM Devices and OCF(Open connectivity foundation) devices, for example robotic vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, air purifiers, smart lights, smart speakers and many other devices that can connect to the TV via Wi-Fi.

The new range shall have smartphone Screen Mirroring and content sharing functionalities as well. Customers can also access Google photos & drive on LG TV with the help of cloud photos and videos App and the TV will support Apple Airplay in later part of a year with the software update. The newly launched UHD range is AI enabled Smart TV and can support voice-based LG ThinQ AI, Google Assistant, and Built-in Amazon Alexa services with separate purchase of Magic remote.

The UHD range offers IPS 4K Panel with True Color Accuracy, for consistent images across all viewing angles. In addition, it is equipped with 4K Active HDR supporting HDR10 Pro and HLG format HDR. The UHD TV offers 20W Powerful sound with DTS Virtual X and 2-way Bluetooth feature on these televisions allowing users to listen to the TV audio wirelessly on compatible audio device and connect the mobile with LG TV in order to enjoy music. Regarding connectivity, the new range shall have 3 HDMI ports to connect multiple devices and two USB ports with USB to USB copy functionality.

The television users can also access 4K content of their choice through built-in apps including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hotstar, YouTube, Eros Now, Zee5, AltBalaji, Hungama Play, Sun NXT, Yupp TV and more.

LG’s UHD TV Line-Up, priced at INR 41,990 for 43” and INR 62,990for 55” will be available starting July 15, 2019, on Amazon.
